The machine can produce non-woven pillowcases, airline seat covers, and flat-opening non-woven bags of any length, with an adjustable width ranging from 200 to 510 mm. The welded edges are strong and durable.

Description

The machine features a reinforced, heavy-duty material rack capable of holding large rolls of fabric, equipped with a sensor to detect when material is running low. Internal folding plates allow for the production of pillowcases with inward-folded edges. A tracking system ensures precise cutting dimensions. Utilizing ultrasonic technology, the machine welds the edges of two layers of non-woven fabric and seals three sides, while simultaneously cutting the material to create flat-opening pillowcases. A clamping mechanism transfers the finished pillowcases onto a conveyor belt, with customizable stacking quantities. The machine also includes a trim-waste collection unit and transparent acrylic safety guards to prevent mechanical injury. It is simple to operate, offers an output rate of 10–20 units per minute, produces clean and robust welded edges, and allows for adjustable pillowcase sizing.
