This fully automatic perforating machine is suitable for the following materials:
Bath glove fabrics, non-woven fabrics, dishcloths, dust-free (cleanroom) wipes, filtration materials, top-sheet materials for sanitary napkins and diapers, breathable packaging materials, and medical-grade synthetic fiber fabrics.

Equipment Features:
This machine is designed for perforating non-woven bath glove fabric with a working width of 600mm. It features an air-expansion shaft for material feeding, followed by a shaping and perforating process using a pair of heated (130°C) steel embossing rollers (male and female). The material is then slit by cold-cutting knives and rewound. The machine boasts a simple, user-friendly structure. It offers a processing speed of approximately 5–20 meters per minute, ensuring uniform hole size and consistency, with a maximum rewinding diameter of 700mm.
