Applicable Materials:
Fabrics with a synthetic fiber content of ≥30%, including non-woven fabrics, cleanroom wipers, microfiber, polyester, eyeglass cloths, stretch fabrics, terry cloth, mobile phone cleaning cloths, dishcloths, mop pads, car cleaning cloths, anti-static wipes, and industrial wiping cloths. Capable of producing straight edges, sealed/embossed edges, wavy edges, and more.

Machine Features:
This ultrasonic cross-cutting machine cuts fabric to the required length; by simply changing the cutting tool, it can produce various edge patterns such as straight cuts, dotted sealed edges, and wavy edges. During the cutting process, the machine automatically seals the edges, preventing fraying, scorching, yellowing, or hardening—thereby overcoming the limitations associated with laser cutters and hot-knife slitters. Built with high-quality imported components (including pneumatic cylinders, servo motors, and relays), the machine offers robust mechanical strength and excellent stability, achieving cross-cutting speeds of up to 20 cuts per minute. It is capable of cutting cleanroom wipers with elastic properties and has been exported to overseas companies operating Class 100 cleanroom facilities.
