**Equipment Features:**
This stretch fabric slitting machine features a working width of 1700mm and a robust, durable steel frame structure. It utilizes automatic frequency-tracking ultrasonic technology, achieving a slitting speed of 10m/min. The resulting edges are neat and smooth—free from fraying, curling, or burrs. Using an ultrasonic rotary blade, it supports a minimum slitting width of 3cm. The machine employs a material accumulation system to regulate feeding and ensures controlled material handling throughout the process, enabling simultaneous slitting and edge sealing. Tension-controlled rewinding is driven by a servo motor (supporting roll diameters up to 1.2 meters). Additional features include photoelectric sensors for automatic stop-on-empty detection, automatic waste edge removal, and automatic stop-on-count functionality. This machine successfully overcomes technical challenges associated with stretch fabric slitting, such as material stretching, edge curling, and rewinding difficulties.
