The high-speed ultrasonic die-cutting machine achieves an output of up to 100 pieces per minute with a power consumption of only 4 kW. It utilizes PLC program control to perform automated multi-layer die-cutting and logo printing, with an integrated scrap collection system. The machine features a robust and durable aluminum alloy frame and is equipped with a 6-layer material rack, ensuring smooth and orderly feeding of non-woven fabrics, melt-blown fabrics, and filter media. Ultrasonic technology is employed for cutting, which prevents fraying at the edges, ensures a clean finish without burrs, and avoids hardening of the cut edges. The system also includes a low-material alarm and an automatic counting/stop function. Furthermore, this ultrasonic die-cutting process is suitable for materials such as Velcro-backed foam, cosmetic puffs, helmet chin pads, vacuum cleaner filters, and composite fabric-plastic filter components.
