Machine features:
Wide feed allows for the production of filter cotton sheets up to 20cm wide. The frame is made of aluminum alloy, and the machine body is equipped with acrylic for safety protection. This machine can produce 7-layer thickened non-woven filter cotton sheets at a speed of up to 45 sheets/minute. It uses automatic frequency-tracking ultrasonic welding and cutting to ensure strong edges, prevent edge bursting, and prevent carbon powder leakage. The machine includes a printing function, waste material recycling, photoelectric sensing, and automatic counting and shutdown functions.
