Equipment features:
This machine has a width of 1600mm and adopts ultrasonic slitting technology. The cutting edges are neat, without powder loss and burrs; it solves the problem of burrs in cold cutting and sticking to the knife in hot cutting. The minimum cutting size of the rolling knife slitting machine is 3CM. The machine is equipped with an auxiliary feeding device, which can load 500 catties of coils, automatically correct the deviation of the material, automatically slitting and sealing the edges, and adopts bending rollers for bulk materials. The high-power motor rewinds neatly and tightly, and is equipped with an edge collecting machine to automatically collect waste edges, automatically count and stop, and use PLC intelligent control, with a speed of up to 30 meters/minute.
